Firmware V1.1.4 Update Guide
Method 1: Update via Old Software Version
1. Connect the Matribox II Pro to power and your computer via USB (Windows or Mac).
2. Download and install the old software version (V1.0.1) from the Sonicake website.
If you're a new user, please start with this version. If you've already installed it before, just open it directly.
3. Download the latest firmware file (V1.1.3) from the website.
4. Open the old software, go to the top-right menu, and select "Firmware Update."
Choose the new firmware file (.bin format) from your folder to start the update.
⚠️ Do not turn off the power during the update.
5. Once the firmware update is complete, download and install the latest software version (V1.1.0) to enjoy all the new features.
Method 2: Force Update via Button Combination
If you opened the latest software first and the screen is stuck, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power, but keep the USB and power cable connected.
2. Press and hold:
"BANK- " + "BANK+" footswitches and the MENU knob, then turn on the power.
3. Open the software, click "Update", select the firmware file, and wait for the update to complete. Finally, restart your device, and Done!

The pedalboard needs a decent Pog, octaves that does not untick and does not have latency, delay. Reverbs without reflection with depth, a parallel signal chain, Tap Global Time. Her structure is top, but there are things that leave something to be desired in the software so I have some colleagues who are getting rid of her.
I picked up a M2P based on the fact that it has a MIDI out jack and proudly lists MIDI I/O as a feature. After playing with it for a about a week I started digging into the manual for MIDI setup procedures and could only find information on input commands. So I check the website to see if there's an updated manual. To my surprise the FAQ states that the device does not support MIDI. Maybe the MIDI out is only for passthrough? I'm still within the return window and I'm considering sending the device back. It's a shame I love the fact that I can use duplicate effects and place them in any order. Also the fact that you are able to drop the effects send/return anywhere in the chain is killer for the price. But being unable to send channel switch commands to my Mesa MIDI Matrix kind of kills the need for the pedal.
I want it, but I'm having second thoughts because, although I absolutely LOVE its amps, in every review I hear reverbs with a ton of modulation and sounds that, in my opinion, even a low-end Nux MG-30 sounds better—longer, expanded in the stereo field's brightness, and even deeper.
How is it possible that a mid-to-high-end pedalboard has this problem with reverbs?"
Faltan actualizaciones, al menos deberian contarnos oara cuando se esperan, si es que las hay claro....lastima que el producto mas top de la marca y el que menos soporte tiene.
Atualização imediatamente!! Ultilizo pedais externos no send/return e descobri que se você colocar na cadeia de sinal um bloco de overdrive ou distorção da propria pedaleira mesmo desligado ele interfere e modifica o timbre quando você muda o tipo de pedal, isso é muito louco é um bug que nunca vi em nenhuma outra pedaleira. Atualização para corrigir isso, tambem trazer reverbs e modulações mais profundos os oitavadores e pitch simplismente não dá pra usar, além de desafinar e tem uma latência, isso é fácil de resolver só basta a empresa querer e respeitar seus clientes.
