Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, a refund or an exchange is not available to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item and packaging must be undamaged and in mint condition. We suggest that you don't dispose the packaging and keep it for a while.
Refunds (if applicable)
A confirm email will be sent to you from Sonicake.com to notify you whether your application for refund is accepted, after inspecting the returned item. If accepted, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we advise you to check your bank account, firstly. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all the above, and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace defect items, within 30 days of your purchase. The defect item would be solely replaced by an item of the same model as your original one. If you feel the need to exchange your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
1.Products with quality-related issues
Sonicake.com will be responsible for shipping fees (within 12USD). When you want to return your defect item, please get RMA APPLICATION FORM from our Support Center, fill it in then send it to us at email@example.com
2.Products with no quality-related issues
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs, returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you are, the time for the exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, a trackable shipping service or a shipping insurance coverage is advised. If the returned item is not received by us, neither a refund nor a replacement is eligible to you.
