Shipment Processing Time

SONICAKE prides itself on fast and efficient lead times. Orders will usually ship within 3 business days once an order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be available and emailed to you once the item has shipped.

Customers can generally expect to receive their products within 5 to 10 business days.

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so before a shipping label has been created. We cannot cancel an order after a label has been created. If you wish to cancel after the order has already been shipped, you must wait for the product to arrive and request a return. Refunds are provided for returned items only.

Under no circumstances can an address be changed once a shipping label has been created.

Methods of Shipping

Purchases shipped via ground delivery will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes are not eligible for shipments.

We typically use the following delivery services: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SONICAKE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We can ship to the following countries and areas: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. (Free shipping for all purchases.)
