99 BUILT IN drum patterns are not "built in", misleading

The product seems fine, but the claim that there are 99 "built in" drum patterns is false, for any meaning of "built in". There are only a few metronomes, the drums must be streamed via BT audio from the app.
I still have to see how the looper works when BT audio is streamed, might not make that much of a difference, but still, the claim is false and misleading.

Little wonder

As the title says, this little wonder effect portable pedal is all you need to practice and small giigs like weddings, cafe places, been using about over a month now and couldn’t be happier with it. First time using Sonicake products but highly recommend it. Couldn’t wait to try the Sonicake guitar when it’s available.

Good choice with no language choice...

You can't ask for more from a device for the price. With a good IR, it can really sound good. The effects are not bad, but for the price, we can't ask for more quality. The acoustic simulator surprised me a lot in a good way. The device's language is a lottery, except in some stores that specify it is 'Chinese version', in others you don't really know which version you are buying. And I got the Chinese version, with no possibility of changing the language. Please, release an English version/skin!!!

Is changing language settings firmware that difficult a task?

Many devices with Chinese language support have already been sold and shipped to foreign countries, but I am shocked to see such a complicated and unreasonable response as "There are no plans for firmware updates. Get a refund?" and overseas refund/return.
You have released a great product, but this after-sales service leaves me speechless.

I am very disappointed in your company's service policy, wondering if the firmware change for the overseas version is a critical problem that causes inconvenience to numerous overseas consumers, and if you did not properly notify and supervise the shopping mall that sells overseas of this issue, resulting in such inconvenience.

Deveriam disponibilizar uma biblioteca com todos os amplificadores e efeitos que tem na Matribox 2, com a opção de excluir os que não gostamos e baixar os que nos interessa de verdade, mantendo a quantidade para não comprometer o DSP.
