Firmware V1.1.4 Update Guide
Method 1: Update via Old Software Version
1. Connect the Matribox II Pro to power and your computer via USB (Windows or Mac).
2. Download and install the old software version (V1.0.1) from the Sonicake website.
If you're a new user, please start with this version. If you've already installed it before, just open it directly.
3. Download the latest firmware file (V1.1.3) from the website.
4. Open the old software, go to the top-right menu, and select "Firmware Update."
Choose the new firmware file (.bin format) from your folder to start the update.
⚠️ Do not turn off the power during the update.
5. Once the firmware update is complete, download and install the latest software version (V1.1.0) to enjoy all the new features.
Method 2: Force Update via Button Combination
If you opened the latest software first and the screen is stuck, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power, but keep the USB and power cable connected.
2. Press and hold:
"BANK- " + "BANK+" footswitches and the MENU knob, then turn on the power.
3. Open the software, click "Update", select the firmware file, and wait for the update to complete. Finally, restart your device, and Done!

Just like other reviews, I have to say that the device itself is very good as it promises, the biggest problem is the company that seems to have abandoned a multi-effects with so much potential, while competitors have several firmware and software updates improving the product, the matribox 2 pro in the current version 1.1.4 has bugs with the software in Windows 11, where you can't update, you can't import ir's and nam files because it simply gives an error in Windows 11, to fix this you have to use Windows 10, in other words, you need to use a win10 virtual machine, or even format your machine and reinstall win10, still about the matribox 2 pro, the product has PRO in the name, and I feel that it lacks several things, such as better modulations, reverbs and delays with better qualities, since what is already available seems to be the basic, sonicake listen to your fans and customers, update this multi-effect more frequently, it's not a fair product of this death due to your negligence, the community itself has already given many examples of how you can update or solve the problems.

E inadmissível uma pedaleira que já tem 2 anos , e traz o nome de pro ser inferior nos efeitos do que a sua antecessora , precisa de uma atualização urgente, pois pagamos por uma pedaleira que traz o título de pro no nome , ela deve ser melhor ou pelo menos igual a 2 normal , e não inferior na qualidade dos efeitos...
Comprei a Matribox 2 Pro há pouco mais de 1 mês e percebo que o ruído está muito alto, diferente de outra pedaleira que tenho.
Mesmo usando o noise gate é difícil controlar, tira toda a dinâmica.e perde o sustain.
Não sei se meu produto está com defeito. Já pesquisei em fóruns, comunidades e a maioria dos usuários não relataram esse problema.

Cadê a atualização? Todas as concorrentes estão recebendo melhorias, tanto em som quanto em usabilidade, e a MATRIBOX 2PRO está esquecida. Muita gente está vendendo-a porque não fazem a correção de alguns algoritmos, como oitavadores e reverbs. Não dá a possibilidade de um Tap Tempo Global e os 6 Foots livres para o ao vivo, entre outras coisas que, com tanta tecnologia hoje, não resolvem. Falta respeito com os clientes, isso é vergonhoso.
