Plugged into my power board and get an awful pulsing sound through it. Tried isolating it by itself, battery instead of power source, all with the same result. And customer service sucked. Took 5 emails before I could get a response. We’ll see how the refund goes.

This is a good EQ pedal. Given its affordability, it's an awesome one. Does the job nicely, doesn't colour your sound, what else would you ask for? As a point of improvement, some white plastic or something similar on the tips of the sliders would make it perfect, because the way it is you will face some trouble seeing the sliders on a dark live stage.

It really helped my 5150 iii, I can make huge tones from it. I like that it’s 9v unlike some other competitors. Only thing I’d like if it was quieter. Even noisey with a tc sentry. Could be the boost section.

The Tone Group pedal is easily one of the best and most cost effective investments I've made for my guitar rig. When used in my FX Loop, I find the results are exactly what I am looking for. I am easily able to cut some muddy bass frequencies and boost mid and high mid zones as desired. It really gives me the extra customization that I've been looking for the last few years. The stomp box is built very sturdy and is something I would be confident to gig with. And I really love that the sliders for each frequency band have a "lock" area at 0 so you know when you are keeping a specific band flat. You will not find a better EQ pedal in it's price range. A no brainer addition for anyone's rig.

Works great and great price.only thing I don't like is when you turn off my pedal board and the eq pedal is on,when I turn the board back on,the pedalbis off.
