Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the low e string volume too low?
This usually happens when the low e string isn’t making full contact with the saddle and pickup. you can press down on the bridge saddle, or place a towel over the saddle and tap it gently to ensure the saddle makes full contact with the pickup. this usually fixes the issue.

A GREAT GUITAR!

There are many comments regarding the low output of the E string, and they are not wrong, however the rest of the guitar is excellent. I have used pedals/EQ and my DAW, to even out the frequency discrepancy of the E string. WHY? Because the rest of the guitar is superb! I have a spine disease which disables me from lifting any other electric guitar in this price range and this being only 1.7 kilos is perfect for me. I would also mention that I have not seen such a well made neck on even an expensive guitar over recent years. The fret work is really good with no sharp ends. Over all setup, although a little high when it arrived, (which is normal these days), can easily be adjusted. (Although I would recommend a luthier if you do not have wood working skills which I do. See attached photo, as I required it to be lower than normal.) It looks and feels like a bone bridge saddle too, although I see no mention of the material anywhere, but when lowering it and it was extremely hard to sand down. Overall look, fit and finish throughout is really good too. A very satisfied guitarist here. Thank you Sonicake, I am finally able to play again!

E string does not have volume

The E string has a very very low volume, it seems to be the piezo o saddle piece which is not working correctly or it was not correctly assembled. The volume of the rest of the strings is normal.

I followed the instructions from the FAQ section and it didn't work.

It is very bad that they know about this issue and continues producing and selling these guitars keeping that issue out there.

I think they should mention this defect in the product description so that people is aware of the defect before buying the guitar

So close to being good...

I bought mine from Amazon. It came with a missing inlay dot (which doesn't affect playability) and the action was crazy high. I setup every guitar I get, no matter the cost, so that was an easy fix. However, the high e string has a substantial loss of volume. Might not be a deal breaker for you, but as a lead guitarist, it is for me.

It doesn't sound very good

Uneven sound,
some strings sound too loud (B, G)
high E too low.
Action too high.
Low quality effects.
I hope a luthier can help me.
Three stars for the price otherwise there would have been two.

Quite high E string and weird high pitch artifacts

High E is not nearly as loud as other strings and high pitch sounds on G and B strings at 2, 3, and 4th frets ... I really want to like it , must be a way to fix this ,,?? Then I can raise the rating
