How do i connect the matribox to an amp?
You can disable the amp and cab modules and connect it directly to a guitar amp, or enable 'no cab' mode in the global settings and connect to the fx loop return of your amp.
When will the matribox support nam captures?
The firmware update including nam captures is scheduled for release in november 2025.

Is there any way to change signal processing rate to 16bit, 48000hz?

This equipment has great performance with this price. But it only supports 24bit 44100hz signal processing. If it supports 16bit 48000hz, it will be the icing on the cake. Please let me know it there is a way to change it. Or please add this sampling rate in next firmware.

OTG problem.

I don't know why but many korean can't use OTG.
There is only big noise.
Especially Exynos galaxy and redmi note.
I can use pocket master OTG with those phones.
But matribox1 can't.
You should check for next firmware.

SONICAKE, Where Is the Matribox 1 Update You Promised?

Last time I asked, you clearly said the update would come within the first half of the year.
Well, guess what? Every product got their update except the Matribox 1.
And now? Radio silence. Not a single damn word.

So what the hell is going on?

The delay reset bug is driving me nuts.
And the amp models? Absolute trash when it comes to clipping.
Slightly raise the gain, volume, treble, or bass—boom, instant clipping.
The sound either cracks like hell or turns into a muddy mess.
And you expect users to just “deal with it”? This is ridiculous.

NAM support? Who knows if it's even coming.
Do you people even have an update plan for Matribox 1?
Because from where I'm standing, it looks like you’ve completely abandoned it.

Hey SONICAKE,
tomorrow is the last day of the first half of 2025.
You promised—PROMISED—to deliver the update within this timeframe.
What happened to that promise?

If the schedule got pushed back, then at least have the decency to tell us.
But no—you’re too busy hyping up the Matribox 2, Pro, and Pocket Master on social media,
while the users who supported you from the beginning with Matribox 1 are being ignored and left in the dust.

Seriously—are you ever going to update Matribox 1?
If yes, then give us a real answer: WHEN?
If no, then at least be honest about it and stop stringing us along.

We deserve better than this silence.
