Shipment processing time

SONICAKE prides itself on fast and efficient lead times. Orders will usually ship within 3 business days once an order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will become available and emailed to you once the item shipped.

Customers can expect general lead times of receiving the product within 5 - 10 business days.

(Due to COVID-19, the number of couriers has decreased, and the transportation capacity is insufficient, which has caused delays in express delivery.)

If you would like to cancel your order you must do, so before a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel an order after a label has been created. If you want to cancel after the order has already been shipped, you must wait for the product to arrive and request a return. We provide refunds for the returned items only.

Under no circumstances can an address be changed once a shipping label has been created.

 

Methods of shipping

Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.

Usually, we use delivery: USPS, UPS, FEDEX

Customs, duties and taxes

SONICAKE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
